In case you’ve been asleep all day, Chelsea announced another new signing today!
They confirmed the massively talented 18-year-old midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka from Aston Villa.
As Todd Boehly said on the Chelsea website for the announcement, Chukwuemeka is going straight into the Chelsea first team and isn’t going out on loan.
And to re-emphasise this point, not only is he going straight into the first team, he’s gone straight into the action today at training. As you can see below, he’s been pictured taking instructions today from the boss ahead of the Premier League start this weekend!
