Real Madrid fights back to level against Club Brugge
Referee Georgi Kabakov calls time on an extremely entertaining game at the Bernabéu – albeit one that spectators of a Real Madrid persuasion won’t have enjoyed one little bit.
Having lost their last two home matches in the Champions League, Real Madrid were saved from a third in the row when Casemiro’s late header completed their comeback from a 2-0 half-time deficit.
However, Madrid remain bottom of Group A, with just one point – only the second time that they have had such a paultry haul after the first two games of a Champions League campaign.
