Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Arsenal have got the Brazilian teenager deal over the line.
He took to Twitter on Friday reporting that the Gunners have signed the Sao Paulo gem on a five-year deal.
Arsenal have agreed to sign brazilian winger for a fee in the region of £3million, added Romano.
Here’s what the transfer guru wrote on Twitter:

Sao Paulo president Julio Casares all but confirmed the teenager’s departure earlier this week.
“The Marquinhos issue is a well-known issue,” he says, according to Football.london. He had no desire to remain.
“We gave it our all. He didn’t want to stay even before the game versus Racing. “It was a contractual issue,” says the narrator.
Following the addition of goalkeeper Matt Turner, Marquinhos appears to be Edu’s second summer signing. The 19-year-old is a winger who can also play in the centre of the field. Marquinhos like to play wide out on the right side of the field so that he can cut inside with his left foot. Arsenal is said to have signed him as a potential player.
In addition, his arrival will not have an impact on the Gunners’ main summer transfer plans. Arsenal are reportedly looking at numerous players in several different positions across the pitch. A striker is a necessity, and the Gunners are apparently also eyeing a new central midfielder.
